our story.
Bistro 66 might have officially opened in May 2022, but our story started long before that— over 30 years ago, to be exact! That’s when our owner, Keyvan, first stepped into the hospitality world.
Like most great stories, this one begins with hard work—washing dishes, working crazy hours, and discovering a real passion for serving up great food with love. After years of hustling, learning, and probably making a few too many plates of pasta, Keyvan finally opened his first Italian family restaurant in 2004. He ran it for 18 years, tackling every challenge the industry threw his way.
With his wife, two sons, and daughter by his side, he built this place on real hospitality—where every guest is treated like family. And of course, he’ll be the first to say none of it would be possible without an amazing team (we’ll take the compliment!).
These days, Keyvan’s taken a step back… kind of.
You’ll still find him here daily, taste-testing coffee like it’s an Olympic sport, making sure everything’s spotless, and ensuring the kitchen is dishing out only the best.
We’re a family business, and we keep it simple: If we wouldn’t serve it to our own family, you won’t find it on your plate. Simple as that!
