At Bistro 66, we’re all about quality and local suppliers. We source our coffee beans from 200 Degrees, our bread from Welbeck Bakehouse and our veggies from Fred Hallam’s family greengrocers right here in Beeston.

We make everything we possibly can fresh on-site and check daily for the highest quality. If the tomatoes aren’t ripe we send them back and if a coffee’s not made right, we make it again – no compromises!
